Vanessa’s higher education along with her background in Community Organizing has increased her passion for DEI, advocacy, and centering marginalized communities.
Vanessa has been featured in Huff Post discussing racial equity, speaking engagements with the Women’s Jewelry Association and presented her published research to various organizations.
Vanessa offers Corporate DEI & Wellness Consulting services as a workplace wellbeing provider that provides health talks, DEI trainings, and team building activities. She has worked with HR departments in government entities, corporations, as well as, large organizations and small businesses such as SL Greene, Data Stax, Business Wire, GIC Private Ltd, & the City of Cupertino.
